The best way to handle substantive issues is through a face-to-face meeting—if my scheduled office hours conflict with your schedule, I will gladly work with you to set up a time that works for both of us.

The best way to contact me for less substantial matters, or to make an appointment with me, is through email (but note I don’t always keep the same hours as you – if you send me email at 2:00 am, I won’t be getting back to you immediately!). I try to check my email throughout the working day. At nights and on weekends, I may not return your message as promptly.
